Hello everybody! sorry we have been out of touch for a while - no internet in the yurt . . . We are back in Sunny Ulaanbaatar, having been in the Terelj national park for 3 days. We rode horses, climbed rocks and did some hiking. Spoted a few eagles to. We were staying with a family in their tourist yurts with a few other tourists. Chris went horseriding for 4 hours yesterday - i was sensible enough to only go for 2 . . . Chris' bum has not come back to life ye...

Hi guys. Here we are in mongolia. No photos at the moment as we have borrowed an iPad. We've left the island and are now back in the land of proper loos. Although emergency loo roll is a must even in the more expensive bars. The border crossing was pretty straight forward apart from it taking eight hours!!! I have no idea why? Our last day in Russia was spent in Irkutsk. We travelled back on a coach with a nice crowd of people, including our friends from Russ...

So after a bumpy 5 hour journey back from the lake we are now on our way to ulan bator! At least the train has a proper loo!

Day 5 in the yurt- went on a boat trip yesterday, saw lots of sacred things. . No cash machines here so almost out of beer money!

Day 3 in the yurt- went to the end of the island, good views. Rode horse- very painfull. Found friend with western toilet!
