Thanks for all the emails! I can't believe it's only a few days since I saw you last and now you are on the other side of the world!!! Have a great trip seeing all the wildlife on the Galapagos - I am so jealous - glad the binos will come in useful. Look after yourself and enjoy it - and take loads of photos please!!! I've just done the Guides letter with all the dates for the rest of the term and have pu this website address on so hope the girls ill be sending you loads of messages as well. Glad everyone at home is missing me! I´m having a very socialble time! Had breakfast with a German man whoose backpack had gone missing on the flight from columbia - went to the old city and got chatting to a 45yr old Austrian lady, we strolled to the national museum together and she gave me a guided tour- I went back to the room to chill for a bit then went for afternoon tea and got chatting to a 22 yr old man,Dave from cambridge we agreed to meet for an italian later on! Very nice food - also bumped into my tour rep again - had another 3 lagers - not bad hey for my first full day?! I aim to book a galapagos trip later today - I hope it works out - I will fly there from Quito and stay on the main island and do a 5 day trip with a group then chill for a few days and possibly check out the island that has just erupted - second largest crater in the world - 8km across - wow.

Tara, So glad you had a safe trip. Just called your mum and she read your e-mails to me. I cant believe its only been one day and i am missing you so much!I have been thinking about you loads and wondering what you are up to. It sounds as though you are going to have a fab time.
