Booth Island, Antarctica
Had lunch, then off to do an afternoon landing on booth Island. This Island was used by captain Jean-Baptiste Chacot in the early 1900's during the winter months in his journey of exploring the Antarctic. We hiked up the hill to the lookout, the views are breathtaking there are no words nor photos that can do justice to what is front of us. We walked along the length of the Island then up to the ridge and along to the rocky outcrop at the end where the cairn is.
