Finally got tidiness on guinea pig tonight, was delicious. Tasted a bit like quail and the skin is sort of chewy. Bit difficult to eat though as picking meat off the teeny-weeny bones. The head is left on and all the little sharp teeth are still intact as well. Highly recommend.
