Seriously, I somehow erased my camera before uploading the pictures from Paris and I lost the one of me in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Staying with a friend of a friend, Anja, in Kolbenz. Kinda funny, this whole trip Matt and I thought we were going to Cologne and we got on a train for Cologne, when halfway through the trip, Kayleen was using my travel book and said, "So I guess Cologne and Kolbenz are not the same thing." We looked at her funny and she said Yeah, we are staying with a friend in Kolbenz, not Cologne. Oops. Well, there was a train leaving at the same time for Koblenz, so it worked out. Our friend took us to her friend's house for dinner and wine with a group of people. We ordered Chinese food. Haha. It was cool because we only spoke English, and most people spoke English and German. One girl spoke only French, Dutch and a little German, and one guy spoke German and Russian and a little bit of English. Yet we seemed to have a good conversation. We were drinking wine (for you Riesling fans out there, you know who you are, we tasted different ones), and we started with red and then switched to white. The girl from France was a little offended (in a nice way) that we didn't rinse our wine glasses out in between. The French obviously love their wine.
Koblenz is beautiful. It's right on the Rhine River.

Today we went to the BUGA. It's a huge flower and art show that is somewhere in Germany every summer. It happens to be in Koblenz this year. Oh, and for all you that were worrying and losing sleep over it... I found the Eiffel Tower pictures. For some reason, my camera switched to its internal drive, and the picture was on my external drive. In case anyone cared, I tried to get a pedicure today, but every place was full.
FYI, we've been able to watch TV for the last two days, and I am officially now addicted to Castle.
