Just a quick note to say sorry for not writing the journal for so long! We will update it soon but in the meantime you can see some of our Thailand photos in the albums here! Hope you enjoy them xx

Hello H!
So you've reached civilisation at last! Well, Australia at least. I'm not sure it's completely civilised.
Sounds like you've been having a great time, and I understand you went out for a snag and a tinny with Jesse last night. Did she talk very very fast? Personally, I can't understand her.
Sorry for being rubbish and not emailing before, but we have been following your travels avidly, recreating where you are in the less exotic climes of Lincolnshire.
When you were in India, for example, I did my best to contract dysentry, and I bought lots of heavily patterned pillows and pashminas from a shop on Stamford High Street, which is a bit like Jacaranda in Salisbury. I posted them back to our house, to get the full travelling effect. Didn't see any elephants, though. Shame.
While you were in Thailand, H and I had a take-away from a restaurant called Sawadee, just down the road, whic has real Thai people cooking stuff. I had chilli beef with thai holy basil and H had a green curry. We got free thai prawn crackers. Did you?
Now you're in Australia, we are going to have a BBQ at the weekend. I'm going to wear a cork hat, some brightly-coloured shorts and flip flops. Unfortunately it's minus three here at the moment and likely to snow, and in the butchers they don't know what a snag is, but I got some lovely Lincolnshire chipolatas instead.
Glad you're having a great time (have you had a henna tattoo yet? I hope so - everybody travelling has to have one, as a badge of honour), and if you see Ricky Ponting, can you kick him in the shins and tell him to stop acting so petulantly on the cricket field.
see you soon
lots of love

Ok.Time to come clean. I can actually send e meows following a brief college course in Salisbury. The hardest thing was learing to drive as Mark and Jacqui both refused to take me as the course coincided with Corrie and Enders. Molly - Where did you get your key board from as even with my small paws this keyboard is difficult to use. I can't imagine how difficut it is for with those great plates of meat?? Oh almost forgot. Glad you both made it to Aus. Mark said did you manage a gin sling at Raffles??
Bobba And Poppy
Hello girls - just heard from Johnny that you are in Sydney - how wonderful. Be wise shopping, things are not as cheap at Thailand and India, but probably just as tempting. Perhaps you need to have a birthday early this year. Cannot imagine how amazing it must be to see Sydney Opera House and bridge. Are you going to climb the bridge? Horribly cold here owing to a freezing cold wind but the sun is out. Take care and have a fantastic time. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi girls
Just to wish you bon vogage for your trip to Australia and to say to have a great time 'down under'!!
Guess the weather will be fantastic in Sydney - very envious as it is absolutely freezing here. It's the weekend again though so will enjoy it no matter what the weather.
Have a fantastic time and take care.
Loads of love.

Hi girls. Just wishing you both a great time in Australia. We could do with a bit of their heat at the moment, its freezing here. Just to let you know (continuing from Marks message), Molly can in fact speak any lingo. As Sinatra wasn't keen to take up her very kind offer, she did wonder whether she might teach Lottie. Unfortunatly Poppy thought Lottie was a little to old and set in her ways to learn new tricks. Ekep efas. Lol Cx
