Well the last day of packing is done - a few small things in the morning and we will be off. Here is Ernie our bike trailer ready for another adventure. So tag along and see what we get up to. We can't give you an update every day, but when we can we will.

Well Spring is ticking away and there are flowers calling - so the trailer is packed and soon we will go and look for some flowers.

Well we went down this morning and picked up Bertie Beetle (BB) with his six legs. Here is our artists impression of what the camper will look like when on BB. As you may note there is about 400mm of spare tray on the back behind the camper. This gives us a bit of space for some fire wood and our generator, when we need to take it with us. Mal

Dropped down to see Bertie Beetle this morning - here is a picture that shows progress - the item on the tray is the trundle draw that slides in under the tray. The other bit that needs to be done is the rear mudguard on the passenger side. Also the tray sides need to be put on - So in a day or so we should take delivery.

Well while I was away, the conversion of our Navara is all but finished. I rang Mike to get an update and he was kind enough to send us the final account. So next week we will pick up the finished conversion and I will post some photos on this part of the project. Early next month we are off to the Active Campers annual get together - so it will all come to pass and Vicki the slide on camper will become a reality - but we just have to be patient.
