After a very long and tiresome flight, we arrived in cape town early this morning.
We had a drive to table view, which was amazing. Had a walk down the beach, and stopped at the Blue Peter hotel. Wow! What a place. overlooking table mountain.
Few beers later, and sun rays, we head off round the shopping centre before heading home to watch the football. (well played boys!).
In the evening, Barry put on a Braai (proper bbq) where I tasted all sorts of animals. Kudu steak, and some fancy sausage. Gorgeous!!! Also met up with Dean and Shannon, who we will be going out with during the week.
All in all, an awesome 1st day, in what clearly is, an amazing place!
