The bamboo scaffolding has been up for over a year, cutting out the light from the apartments. Moreover it increased thefts from apartments, as well as completely compromising peoples privacy as workman constantly pert through windows. But perhaps worst of all is the constant noise from drilling and banging that seems to last most of the day. I'll be very happy to move outta here soon even if the building work is coming to an end!
