On our second day in Cave City, KY we did the violet lantern tour which was the same tour cave tourists did in the 1800s we saw 3 miles of the caves by lantern :-) it was very different to the previous days tour and was very gooooood :-) After the tour we left Kentucky, only stopping in Corbin, KY to pay our respects to the Colonel! Picking up the story in New Mexico.... We decided Roswell wasn't conducive to a decents night sleep so we ploughed on through till 3am our time, we crossed 2 time zones! With 2 weeks to go before I venture across the Atlantic my dear friend Shevvy has decided to join me on my cross country extravaganza!! Shevvy is a blonde bubble of fun and will get along famously with Sheena sheen who's meeting us in Nashville :) I'm almost ready now...
