Great to speak to you and to hear you are both ok. No doubt you will now be in the Amazon somewhere. Hope you both enjoy it. Only just over two weeks to go and it must seem strange to you both as you have both been so busy over the last 5 months. We are all looking forward to seeing you both.
We are all fine, the weather today is awful, it hasn't stopped raining. Yesterday was lovely, dad was racing so I took myself off to Poddington. The twins came over in the afternoon for half and hour and we played in the garden. They love running round the weeping willow tree in circles, they wear me out.
Well I will go now but keep safe and enjoying yourselves. I know Pam and Paul are counting the days like us.

Hi. It was great to speak to you last night and know you are both well. As we hadn't heard anything for a while, was a bit worried. It hasn't stopped raining here all day - typical bank holiday weekend!! Dad and I had a ride to Flatford Mill yesterday and it rained so we didn't stay out too long. We have got the 'old dears' coming for lunch tomorrow and hoping to go and see Jo next Saturday in London. Dad is still very busy so we haven't got anything planned for this week except Nan will stay for most of the week. Dad spoke to Christine today, we hadn't heard about the plane crash so hope you have had a trouble free trip today. Glad you are getting on well with your group now. Take care of yourselves in the jungle and wherever you go. Counting down the days to the 13th. Enjoy the Inca Trail and all your travels. LOads of LOve Mum and Dad xxxxxxxxx

Hi everyone,
Well after crazy start to our tour (being stuck in Bolivia for an extra night) we are in Peru....... Last night we went to an island off lake Titika (cant spell it). There we stayed with a local family........ It was very nice, they cooked us a traditional meal on an open fire and then dressed ua up in local clothes..... we both looked sooooo funny. I had 2 skirts on a shirt and a shewl thing over my head....... Rob got away easily with just a big poncho. Later that night in our new clothes we went to the local hall and had a dance with the locals... They worked us hard, dancing at the altitude was soooo hard, especially as the songs are like 10 minutes long.........
Today we left Puno for Cuzco, which is the starting point for the Inca Trail. Tomorrow we are off to the jungle and i am very scared......... Im sure it will be great fun, but you know me... i am getting better tho, a spider crawled on me yesterday am i didnt freak out..... The place sounds good, it has a pool.... They take us on hikes to see aligators and all the wildlife.. Will definatly cover my whole body though as one lady at our hotel got eaten live... We have 80% deet so that should do the trick!!
Its 6 pm here, just had an early dinner at an irish bar and will relax for a few hours before hitting the pubs... Went out last night with the drinkers of the group, and they can drink.. they didnt get back until 6am...... Dont think i will be out that late...
Well better dash, not too much to say. Hope all of you are ok. Will email after the jungle (if we get out alive)!!!!
Love

Now i say i say!!
Only joking. Well mum and i did our run and wizzed round in 50 mins. Just got the local paper through the door and it turns out that the lady that came first is fromm kettering!! I'll catch her up next time she better watch her back!! Mum did very well and we both deserved the beer we had after at the pub. Not much to say as my life is pretty boring (aagghhhh). going to the village of london next week as richard has got us a cheap hotel for the night. (only 18 pounds holiday inn!!) Jim has never been on a train before so it should be fun. Also going to go to the dungoens as i have a bogof ticket from tesco. Yep spend over 10 pounds and you get a ticket for some major places ie alton towers. Then going out on saturday with danielle and carla. Well enough about me how are you? still feeling uncle dickie? oh well i won't worry to much!! So not long to go till you get back and then its hard work all the way till 65. I'm off the week after you get back so you can help me paint the spare room, thanks
Love always
Emma and jonny whos not here and working in the big smoke.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hey Guys
Hope the altitude sickness is getting better, your bodies will aclimatise soon im sure, hopefully it's not affecting all your antics and the tour is going well. By the way 'Cerveza' is beer in Spanish, but I'm sure you've picked that one up already, hehe!
Went to a friends barbeque, with a huge hot tube, last saturday which was lots of fun, and a friend of ours got vouchers to the lauch night of a new restaurant so we got a huge and amazing three course meal for nothing, which we were very happy about, yep still in student mentally, hehe.
Not been up to too much else. Can't wait to see you both.
Take care
Lots love jo xxxxxxx

Sorry Rob, you may fool everyone else but I still think that you were telling the instructor that you loved him! I know your game! Can't fool me!
Enjoy the tour and say hi to the incas for me!
As I only have 6 fingers I could do this sum! 2 + 1 = It's 4 isn't it?

Hi. Sorry to hear you have both been poorly but hope you are feeling much better now and you are getting on well with your group. I'm feeling a bit better now, but still got a thick head - I know I have always had one before you say anything. I appreciated what you said on the dvd Rob, made me cry - ah!! Dad is out tonight seeing a client, he is still very busy. The weather has been very hot today, hope it lasts till next week when we are on half term. Looked after Lillian and Bills' cats last week because they went to Paris (Bills's 71st birthday). They said they couldn't believe the number of beggars there and it spoilt their holiday. Hope you enjoy your last leg of your holiday. Can't wait to see you, missing you. Take care of yourselves always. LOads of LOve Mum and Dad xxxxxxxx

Hey everyone..
Well done mum and Emma! Cant believe how quick you managed to do the run! your so much fitter than us..! Next year sounds great...
sorry we havt been able to be in touch recently, we have been stuck in our hotel suffering from jet lag and Altitude sickness.. not a nice combination.... So, for the first time since leaving home i (steph) was sick!!!! Nearly didnt make it... It was one of those moments where you dont quite know which end is more important!!! Felt much better after i was sick. The common side effects of altitude sickness is headache, dizzieness, shortness of breath and sickness and the poos. We have had them all but we feel much better today, although i only got to sleep at 5 am this moring....
rob wants to clear the record as he was sayin 'i love you mum' as he jumped... its nice to know that he loves me too????? Wheres my 'love you'!!! What did you reckon to his hat throwing at the end?? Camp or what!!!
Well Bolivia already seems slightly nicer than Chile... Much poorer but it doesnt seem as threatening as chilie was.. must admit we were both very scared in chile.. everywhere you went there were like gangs on street corners etc and the chilians look so scary!! The Bolivians look not as harsh, sounds silly but its true..
Met our tour leader last nice, he seems very very nice and compentant, put us at ease. We are joing a tour than has been running of a montha nd a half, so it might take a few days to mix but we dont really care. We meet the rest of the group tonight for dinner!!! Looking forward to a good feed, only been eating like a slice of toat and a slice of pizza really a day for the last few. Your not supposed to eat alot when getting use to the altitude!!! We are over 4,000m above sea level, the highest city in the world. The city itself is quite amazing at night, it is situated in a dip and surrounded by mountains, looking up and the mountains and the house lights is quite somthing. Oh and when we flew here we went over the Andes... amazing!!!
Sarah, Steve.. have a great holiday, we wondered when you went. Have fun. Will see you in 3 weeks.
Well better go, we havent seen the city yet so need to take a slow look round now.
Take care, miss you all.

Not As Much Of A Fathead As Once Was!
What do you mean "He really does want to be a big gay fairy"? He is a big gay fairy!
Anyway, pleased your both having fun and sorry that I have not put too many messeges on here. Skydiving vid was great! I was a little bit worried by Rob mouthing "I love you" to the instructor before he jumped but I guess that you can explain more when you get back!
Have fun and take care
Steve
Anyone know what 4 + 3 is? I only have 6 fingures!

Hi Ya
Very quick as I think world war 3 is about to erupt downstairs!!!
Glad you both got to Chile ok. Things good here, had a bit of a mad weekend. Mum and Emma did their race for life yesterday and did very well. Then of course after a run you have to go to the pub!!!
M&B being little pickles as usual and I am desperately trying to keep on top of housework and getting stuff ready for the holiday this weekend but am failing miserably!!
Won't be long now until your both home. Miss you loads and take care. Better go as I don't think I will have a lounge left if I stay on the computer for too Long!
