Great to speak to you last night. Where you'r staying sounds lovely. Dad & I are very jealous. We have both looked at the photo's and they are great. The Great wall is amazing. It looked to be quite a climb in places. Everyone here is o.k. I have managed 20mins on the trainer today. Will go now. Work to do?!! Take care, look after one another and have a wonderful time.

Steve is away tonight with work and it is way past my bed time so its going to be short!! Things are good here. Went to Sachas today and got the kids worn out so bedtime wasn't the usual 3hour stint that  it has been with Ben since we changed his cot to a bed!! Not reallt anything to report as, to be honest, we are boring farts!

You both seem to be having a great time. I suppose you pair think you are really clever posting photos and using skype. We think we are really lucky if we manage to switch a computer on! We are now staying with some friends in Hamilton New Zealand for a few days. We toured the Northern part of the North Island around the Bay of Islands (Rob you must go out on a fishing trip there ...it's great). We went to the bottom of 90 mile beach and worked our way down the coast. Stunning scenery. The time is flying. Take care and keep in touch.

Well after about 3 days we have finally got on the website. After 6hours and 50 minutes we have now looked at your pictures.  We are going to take our computer to the auction rooms as its that slow i think it realyy is an original first built computerand is a true antique and is worth alot of money.

Number 1. Rob, all you need is a burberry cap to match your puffa jacket and you truley are a chav!

Number 2. Nice trains. I thought they were basic. You had carpet and curtians, we had to dodge the s*** on the floor!!

Number 3. Steph, i think your roots are showing!!!  (only joking)

The pictures are cool and it looks like your camera is a good one.  Hurry up with the thialand pictures. Booked our honeymoon today to zanzibar and have ordered a new computer so we should be able to get skype soon.

hi all..! well firstly oodles of love to everyone out there..!

well sory about the weather ur having guys, its a shame thats its gorgious blue skyes hereand cool beaches! ohh well..we got here safely and found a place to stay pretty quick, its a brand new funky bar/b&b rewally cheap and awway from all the tacky stuf.. its a about  5min to the beach, quite a change from china.. were gonna enjoy our beach time before heading on our next tour.. ohh dad dont expect to much change from GLB theres a long way to go...! big e-mail on its way later...!

It was great to see you on Skype and see you are looking so fit.

We had a good day on Saturday when we went to London with Gaye and Mike to share Mikes 60th birthday treat. Because we couldn't get any tickets to see the show Stomp we looked around the exhibitions at Somerset House with them in the morning then went to see Jo's flat in the afternoon while M&G saw the show. Jo was meeting her friends later in the afternoon so we had to leave fairly early, just in time to meet M&G at the restaurant and join them in a pizza.

After we walked around Covent Garden for a bit before returning home.

Mum took me to the hospital today and had the 'pin' removed from my finger!! A bit sore but otherwise I'm ok. Rob you won't believe it but the pin was just like a nail from B&Q with a point and a head on it!

We're off to see big Sis and the new skinny GLB on Friday and looking forward to seeing M&B too. Afterwards we're going to see David & Ada. It was lovely seeing you both this week on skype. It felt like you were in the room with us. Mia wasn't sure and Ben blew you a kiss. Neither could make out why their uncle and aunt's faces were on the computer. We had more fun on Saturday evening. Sarah, Steve and us had just sat down to eat when we had a power cut. Trying to eat by candle light with twins was not the easiet thing to do and we kept falling over their toys. They had to leave early as the twins were a bit frightened.

Hope your journey to Bangkok was ok and you got your connection to Phuket. No doubt the weather is better than here although it has stopped snowing and is warmer now. Hope you have found somewhere to stay and that you can relax and enjoy the sun before your next tour.

Well I will go now. Have a wonderful time. Enjoy yourselves but keep safe.

Very quick message as M & B are getting in to lot of trouble. Great to hear from you the other day. Glad your having a fab time!! Things good here. M & B have had their cots turned into real beds, Mia is going to sleep straight away, Ben is a different story. I went Bingo on Monday night and won £70 it is such a laugh, got to go again!!! Also lost 6lbs on weight watchers, struggle at weekends though when I want a glass or two or three of wine!!!! Better go as trouble is brewing downstairs. Lots of love, hugs and stuff  Sarah xxxxxx

Hi guys!!!

Well we are now in Hong Kong and the tour is finally over! It doesnt seem 5 mins since it started. We are both feeling really sad! We ahve met such fantastic people on our tour who we would be more than happy to spend the next 6 months with, which is probably a very rare thing! We will especially miss Alex, she is from Perth and is a nurse. We will both, especially Rob miss Ed the Irish guy, he is so funny and laid back! Althou the tour finished yest, mist of us are meetin up on Hong Kong island later for Happy Hour as the drinks are way too expensive after!!!! 50 dollars for a Corona!!! Not alot in pounds but alot seein as we have been paying 10 for the same in China proper!!!! We are both lovin HK!!! you can tell the Brits were here!!! It is much more classy! They have uk plugs which suprised me, they also drive on the right side of the road and thankfully they dont SPIT!!!!! It seems strange not hearing that hocking sound!!!! They also speak very good englsh which they dont in China proper! Thats a blessing after 3 weeks of pointing, it was so hard in China proper as their hand signs for numbers are different!!!! We are both by the Harbour in Kowloon and having a coffee as the int is free!!! yay!!! We will be goin up Vic Peak tonight before we hit happy hr so will let you know how that goes!!!

Its great to hear from you Val and Neil. The Terricotta Warriors were so impressive, i didnt know that they ahd 3 sites! It was worth the bus journey definatly. We missed the Silk market in Shanghai!! We hit the Muslim Quarter in Xian though, spent a small fortune on gifts for the family. Hope the family are ok. Bet the baby is keeping you all busy.

Hope you are both well and still enjoying yourselves. Dad didn't have any treatment last week on his finger, has to go next Monday for another small op and then therapy on Wednesday. It is looking much better now. I'm looking forward to half term. We are suppose to have snow on Thursday, but shall have to wait and see if we get any. Jo came home last night - had a dentist appointment. It was lovely to see her and dad and i are going to see her in London on Saturday at her new address. Nick became an uncle today. His brother's wife had a boy, 8.10, and they are going to call him Jack. I really enjoyed my stay in Frankfurt - the lady I stayed with was very nice. We had a few hiccups but they all got resolved in the end. It was so good to speak to you both last week - so clear I felt you were in the next room. I was on cloud nine all day!!!
