One of the things that we did was to search out traditional cookies that Barb makes. If you can read the sign behind the cookies, they call them Lebkurchens. So we bought some and they tasted just like the ones that Barb makes! If you look at the other picture of the counter you will see the cylindrical glass dispensers with the honey and all of the spices that go into them, the same ingredients that Barb uses.
