Lunch at the Farm
This owner changed the business model for his farm to survive. When Austria joined the EU the small farms could no longer compete. This owner operates a completely organic farm with cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and grows apples and pears. He is part of a cooperative. He takes apples and pears from other farms and produces, bottles and sells cider (hard) while other farms do his butchering. A different farm produces cider vinegar, which cannot be produced with drinking cider because the bacteria that creates the vinegar is hard to contain.
