What an exciting year I had here in this beautiful city of Los Angeles!

It was a shock for me when I first arrived in this HUGE city! The population of Los Angeles is equal to the population of Australia! So now you understand why I was shocked!

I loved the weather of Southern California. Coming from Melbourne, which is known as the " four seasons in a day" city, I just couldn't get enough of the sunny weather! I couldn't stop sun baking everyday before work.

I've visited the theme parks, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain and Knott's Berry Farm and loved all of it! I went to Knott's Berry Farm during their Halloween period and it was awesome. I've never celebrated Hallooween back in Australia, so the opportunity gave me a chance to put on a costume and join in all the festivities and house parties!

Venice and Santa Monica is a place to go and enjoy a nice stroll or hire a bike and enjoy the ride and the scenery! And a girl can never get enough of shopping! You can go to the mall or down 3rd St Promanade!
