Finally had time to read the blog and view your photos. I am so jealous. Every little morsel of food is a work of art. And the produce at the markets is always perfectly ripe and beautiful. We loved Paris when we were there about ten years ago. But, we had about 5 days there. Save all your notes. When we grow up, we will repeat your trip!

No Joni, we didn't come close to finishing the mousse. If we had 5% of it, that would be the max. We couldn't even make a dent in the huge bowl.

The apartment looks nice but your chocolate mousse looks heavenly! Did you finish it? Enjoy!

So nice hearing from all of you. It's really special to be so far away and to still be in touch with our friends.
