On Christmas eve i rode upon Gringalet through marsh and mire, and prayed i found sheltor.Out of nowhere i saw this castle sitting on a little hill , I thank God! I'm hoping he will grant me a warm welcome. I knock, he opens the door, I asked him can I come in and tell him I am a Knight of King Aruthurs. The porter smiled and opended the gate, the lord of the castle came to greet me. He told me all that is his is mine as well and i am welcome to stay as long as I want, I thank him. The knights take me back to sit beside the lord of the castle and then the lady of the castle came in to meet me.Three days went by spent feasting, the lord asked me to stay again but I tell him that I must leave to find the Green Chapel on the fourth day. He laughed and told me I can stay until the very day of my quest the Green Chapel isn't but 2 hours away and one of his men will take me before new years day. I thank him so kindly, and he tells me these three days,' i will ride out hunting in the forest" (showing repitition of 3) and I can stay at the castle and his wife will attend to me and entertain me. Before he leaves he make a bargin that whatever he finds in the woods i will exchange with him whatever i find in his castle each day. The oath is sworn!
