The next day(Thursday) we were up early to be picked up for our Thai cooking class. First stop was the market where Nokki showed us different veggies & ingreediences that went into making the dishes. And off to the cooking school were we made about 5 or 6 dishes, starting with pad thai noodles and went onto spring rolls then spicy prawn soup & curried chicken and more.
