Well here goes my first blog entry! Currently, I am waiting at gate 53 and my plane departs for Roma in under an hour! Today has been quite a rollercoaster, fortunately I was able to sleep majority of the entire first flight from LA. I am so excited to be leaving to make Rome my new home for the next couple of months, but cant help but to be so nervous! I didnt really know what to expect when flying into Canada, but who knew that it was so beautiful! Flying into the airport the landscape was green in every direction, and the skyline lasts for days. Besides being a little thrown off from the time differnce, so far this journey has been smooth sailing. Next stop: ROME! I cannot wait to meet up with my friends: Chelsea, Anna, Maggie, Vicky, and Loren!! Nothing beats starting a semester abroad more than starting if off celebrating with your best friends! (minus mackenzie, we know you are there in spirit!) anyways, im not quite so sure what to say in blogs so for now, ciao!
