HANOI Finally got to Hanoi after a long 17 hour trip, we got to the airport decided to get a taxi into the city, they said it would be 16 USD, which was fine. We just jumped in, and after about 10 minutes the taxi driver put a man onto the phone who spoke English, he asked what hotel we were going to, so he could tell the driver.
