On Friday we got up at 5 in the morning to make a day trip to Rome for the day. We meandered around for the first couple of hours trying to find a map before we gave up and caught a taxi to the colosseum. After spending the last two days in commute, we are finally able to enjoy the villa in orvetto, a small country town two hours out of Florence. After spending Monday night sleeping on the chairs at the airport and two planes and a train on Tuesday, we are enjoying a lazy Wednesday relaxing in front of the pool, it is currently very warm at about 30 degrees.
