Hi Sid and SashaYou sound like your having a great time, we're very jealous as you would expect (Kathryn much more so than me). I only found about this site when Rob visited a couple of weeks ago for Mums birthday, so I've not been lazy, (that probably means that I just wasn't listening when you told me you were going to do a site like this). So not lazy, but rude is that any better, who knows?Anyway we're all okay here, Laurens a laugh a minute and currently cooperating with potty training, but who knows for how long. I snapped my Achilles Tendon playing football back in September which is obviously not good and has a really long recovery time. However this gave me time to apply for lots of jobs, and I recontacted that company that I went for in the summer and told them I was prepared to move. To cut a long story short I've got a good job with them in Thirsk in Yorkshire and we're moving up there in January. So you were right to have a good feeling about it, it just took a little longer than expected. You can now have your lucky Cross pen back that I found at Alston Rd and have superstitiously taken to every interview with me!Rob's wedding went well and everyone had a good time, but I suppose Chris has already filled you in on all that already. We didn't go over for that wedding but we'll be over for the celebration next October, will you be coming to that?Starting to get tired fingers now, so I'll sign off.Hope you have a brilliant xmas, all our loveJ, K & L xx

Dear Sasha and Sid, Have received several quotes for backpackers campervans, unfortunately much more expensive than you have booked, cheapest $A1450. without insurance, so stick with what you've already got!! Not long now. We've had temps. over 40deg. C. very wearing. Fortunately bushfires close to us are not too bad yet, but there's huge ones between here and Sydney!!! The fire front of one big fire is over 270 Kilometres long, (makes you realise what a big country this is). They have even bought in some Kiwi firefighters to help out. Hopefully the danger will be over long before you arrive!!!! We get this every summer, but this year its started very early.

Hallo both,
You must have arrived now in INDIA! Let us know first impressions..is it any different from other places visited so far?
Nothing to report except weather is squally, stormy and a little wet.
Love to both of you xxxx
Dave Perry
Guys, just been given your site by John - looks like you're having an ace time- really envious. Look after yourselves and enjoy! Cheers Dave

Hi Len,
Thanks for the information. Especially the England score. There is some good banter here on Koh Phi Phi between the two sets of supporters. It was nice to see England bounce back after a dreadful first test. Better to make a game of it!
We plan to travel between Adelaide and Sydney on the 5th of February to the 19th of February. So the camper would be for these dates. Let us know if you want any other information. We had a quote for around 800 Auss Dollars from Wicked Camper Vans.
Thanks for your help on this.
Looking forward to seeing you.
Sid and Sasha

Dear Sasha and Sid
We will make a few enquiries re campervans for you, where do you intend to travel to from Adelaide as this may have a bearing on the matter. Anyway we will let you know.
Steven isn't coming to Australia after all, he's had a change of plan.
England is playing Ausie here at the Adelaide Oval at the moment, close of play tonight:
England 552 for 6 dec, (Collingwood double century) Australia 28 for 1 (Langer out for 4)
Weather rather cool (23 Deg) its been in the low 30s recently, no likelyhood of rain for the next week

Hiya both
Glad to see you are still enjoying yourselves. The pictures look amazing! I am well and truly jealous!
Me and my little sis are going shopping in New York and then on to Canada to see Niagra Falls and go whale watching but that's not until this time next year so we have got a long time to wait for our trip!! Hee hee! Something to look forward to though!
What are the people/food/weather like?
You are both going to be very wise storytellers when you get back! I can't wait to hear about your travels! It feels like you have been gone forever - I can't believe it's only been 3 months and you have got another 9 months to go!
Sasha - I think Joel is missing your sisterly guidance!!! He is going to your folks place next Friday (giving me a break for the weekend - haha - just kidding!!!) He would love to speak to you again - you'll have to work that yahoo messenger thingy again!!!
Anyway, I'm supposed to be at work so I better do some! Oh by the way, I have got a second job in The Longhorn pub on Sutton Road now 3 nights a week - very tiring but also quite good as you meet some very funny characters and it's like having a social life at work!!!
Keep enjoying it. Kaz xx
