Happy Birthday Uncle Rich! Thinking of you both in the Amazon whilst bleaching out the sink! Still recovering from a year one trip on the tube to the Natural History Museum - I bet you're missing the teaching like mad?!!!!! My garden is being transformed this week although I'm finding the wheel-barrowing of mud through my kitchen quite disturbing!

Went to the midwife today and heard the little ones heart beating. We then heard a big bump which was apparently a little kick, probably aimed at the midwife as she was pressing Sam's belly quite hard, have some of that!!!! Miss you loads, will keep you updated...

Happy birthday Richard by the time you see this you will no doubt be deep in the jungle, at least there will be no daaddy long legs there Richard!. All is well at home dads up tp his eyes in emulsion and wall paper. jen only one fatality in neighbours (marco). Enjoy your time in the jungle all our love mum and dad.

Hope you have a good trip in the jungle and that Richard's aches and pains have gone. Apparently there are over 4,500 species of orchids in the Amazon Region and you should look out for butterfies, bats, monkeys, sloths, parrots, macaws, river dolphins and caimans - good spotting!
