Disappointed -wanted a a picture of the gruesome bite! Hope you took your Savlon, my mum swore by it for absolutely everything. That and dettol, stung like hell
Just watch your limbs honey sounds like you need some walking poles like the skiers use
Mind you must be worth a few bumps and bruises to experience your life.
We are in Lanzarote ever so slightly less glamorous and very windy. From where we are it seems to be lava with manmade concrete buildings on top. We have found no culture at all and very little beauty-disappointing. Maybe we picked the wrong part but it is a relaxing break so not moaning really
Keep well and safe my lovelies and will message you agin soon

Absolutely gorgeous photos of Sapa and its tribes. The colours in their clothes are beautiful. Cute pigs too! As usual the descriptions of your adventures make it all come to life. Thank you for showing us Vietnam!
Lynn
Still looking as if you are having a great time. Can't sympathise to much re a spot of rain -we have had plenty more!!
Life ok here but enjoying hearing a about your travels more than talking about us!!
Carry on with updates-loving hearing your everyday tales of life so different to your old life in the UK-and so much excercise, You must be so fit now

Looking forward to getting you back over to Wallasey Paul for more exciting adventures and superb pictures. I especially want to know more about the amorous arm wrestling bus driver with the faulty clutch ! Take care and be safe both of you.
Jan
Hope you are ok now Sheryl. Sounds like Paul's nursing skills did the trick!
I have decided that Vietnamese breakfasts should be brought over to Britain - they sound great. Who could object to noodles for brekkie??!
The girls trip to Manchester has whetted our appetites - we are planning a coach trip, don't know where to but it will be us with the blue rinse brigade. No comments on our age there thank you! We also have an idea of 'railway roulette' - turning up at Lime Street with an arranged sum of money and seeing how far we get with it - could be interesting, could be boring... but will be a laugh hopefully.
It is the opening of the new Everyman on the weekend of 1 March. There is going to be a parade and other festivities and an 'open house'. We are going along - with Neil as our photographer - so should have some photos for you.
Take care with the bicycles and I look forward to your next instalment. xx
Ant
Hope the ankle is better. How are you finding Hue I disliked it, it was the place we were hassled most by tuk tuk drivers even after over an hour hiding in a café they still hung around waiting for us to come out!
Lynn Tolliday-Jones
Glad you enjoyed your latest adventure but sorry to hear about Sheryl's accident-perhaps she needs stabilisers!!
I do understand the bike issues being vertically challenged myself-dangly leg syndrome!
Weather vile here so glad you are having much better.
We enjoyed a medieval weekend at Coome Abbey near Coventry-amazing hotel and enjoyable night in superb setting. It was our Christamas present to and from friends.
Keep trucking and keep posting! Love Lynn xxx
