Hi Shazza!! Well you have probably heard the latest gossip - poor Martini has broken his foot!! I offered to massage it better, and his foot but apparently there would be a plaster cast in the way .....

Meanwhile, poor Verity was on holiday in Portugal and whilst away her house got burnt to a cinder!! Apparently someone came round and sabotaged a car that was parked outside her house!! Basically they set fire to it and it went off like a firebomb!! She is now living in the Travel Lodge at Junction 16 ..... I guess the only comfort is the blueberry pancakes at Little Chef.

Gadd and I returned safely from sailing - although we did have motion sickness for 2-3 days afterwards thanks to the boat rocking around. Rod will be able to tell you more and fill you in on his organisational/ project management skills!!

I have been down in Woking for the past 2 days doing an 'Accelerated Solutions Environment' (ASE) event for Orange. Basically the message was 'we are in the sh$t and what are we going to do about it??' All very dull really - although tthe food was good.

Otherwise life is good. My new sofa arrives tomorrow (4 months later) so can't wait to sit on a real seat as opposed to deck chairs!! So wish me luck and pray that this one fits up the stairs ...

I am so bored in work despite running a load of workshops. Thank Gawd it's the weekend. Rod the Rod is taking Gadd, Jim, Jim's Friend and I sailing in the Med - I'm picturing Titanic meets the Love Boat ...

I don't have any waterproofs so I need to ask Rod the Rod if I can borrow some from his wife.
