This is Waterfront Station, which used to be the main rail station in Vancouver and where you could catch the Canadian Pacific trains to the East Coast. Those long haul trains now leave from Main Street Central Station and this has become the station for the Skytrain, a light rail that connect the city to the suburbs, also you can catch the sea bus to the North Shore and Lonsdale Market.
