Mlford is apparently better when the weather is bad as it helps to keep away sand flies and its quieter. Our boat could take 400 and there was only about 50 on it. It rained solidly but we stood outside to admire the view. It seemed such as waste for these 2 japanese girls who got on the boat and promptly fell asleep missing the whole tour!
