Hi Kiddos - really enjoyed your most recent blog and photos, that lovely scenery brings back happy memories of my many trips down there. I've got a question - what does WOOF stand for? Do you have a decent amount of time to yourselves to get around a bit or are your noses kept pretty tight to the grindstone? Anyway I'm sure you're having a mahhvelous time. Lots of love, G&G

So good to hear that everything is going well, your photos are absolutely amazing. I am missing the snow like you, sounds like montana is getting dumped. Safe travels. Scott

Wow Bean & Sean,
That last set of pictures was amaizing! That first WWOF farm did look like Hobbitville! I wonder how much of the agriculture is grown on trees vs. the kind of farming we're used to?

Hi Seany and Laurel,
Things here in Providence, RI are going pretty good. I was sick and then better and now I am sick again. I guess when your at college, your bound to get sick a lot, hahaha. Anyways, as I said before, I have now offically started riding. I have already had 3 lessons and am having an absolute blast. My shoulder is holding up for the most part which I am pleased about but it still gets irritated. I am still going to PT for another month twice a week for it. Mom and Heff are doing well. We are all just taking it a day at a time, as mom said. Mike and Laura are getting married in just a few weeks now, Dec. 30th. I am sorry both of you have to miss the wedding. It won't be the same without you two there. And Laurel, when am I finally going to meet you? When you two get back, I am going to meet her. It's about time, hehehe. I am still with Oz. Almost 3 years. It will be 3 years January 1st. I can't believe it, but he makes me so happy and I definately could see myself marrying him someday, as scary as that sounds. Anyways, I am just rambling now. I could talk for days, but I will let you go as I know you have much more traveling to get done and I have a test to study for tomorrow in accounting and lots of reading to get done and it is 11PM here, so yeah...hahaha. Anyways, Best wishes and happy holidays and I miss you two SOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOO much. Hurry home. Love you both!!!

Hi Sean and and Laurel- It is so great to see the evolution of your trip this way. It looks so beautiful. We are just now having some snow here-more a mixture of snow and sleet-not good for driving. Anyway, watching the Patriots today, now 13 and 0, a perfect season. Its been fun to watch. I am doing Ok-taking it one day at a time. Miss you around the holiday seasons-but you are taking the trip of a lifetime- I am so proud of both of you-it's great to take the journey you have wanted and dreamed about. Sandy is doing well as well as all our little animals-Nevada, Dakota, Diego and Snowball. Keep the blogs and the pictures coming. Love you. Love, Mom

Howdy world travellers - I enjoyed your last blog and found both Colville and Levin with the help of Google Earth (what a fun program). Looks like you'll be passing by Lake Taupo on your way to Levin; if you possibly can try to take a look at it, it's an awesomely beautiful lake and Taupo is a nice little town. Gramma and I once spent a wet Saturday there and must have visited every shop in town at least twice! All well here, love from us both, Gramps

We've just had a cold snap here, so I've beenb doing a bunch of plumbing repair...lots of folks ice skating on Swan Lake...but the forcast is to return to Sitka rain by the end of the week. It has been lovley, clear skies, lots of sun, and in the teens. Looking forward to your next update!
