Today we had a fantastic day in a tiny village called Palombara Sabina. We were joined by Dennis, Linda, Irene, Alan and Irene's brother and his wife Alf and Goodrun and we went to make pasta with an Italian Nonna. We flew into Rome on a Sunday. After a 1.5 hour wait to get through immigration and another 40 minute taxi ride to Testaccio, we finally arrived at our AirBNB. Yesterday we took the 12:00 midday ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari, Italy. We had booked a cabin, however when we arrived at the ferry terminal, they informed us that our ticket did not include the car. We had to get the car to Italy, so we had to pay an extra 90 euro in cash to book the car on the ferry.
