My Dear Jenni,

I am so glad we got to "chat" this a.m....please do not be sad...we miss you too, but you are having an adventure of a lifetime...enjoy!!! Busy: Tim = baseball, Aubree's golf banguet is tonight and Rachael has her end of the year picnic tomorrow...and of course work. Looking froward to seeing more pictures of what you are doing and seeing. Have a wonderful time and enjoy every minute...hopefully everything will work out with the house and we can still take our mini trip to Cedar Point and have a blast together!!! I love you! MOM P.S. ENJOY! The last thing I want you to do is be lonely for your family and statesude friends. You have our love, support, and good wishes for a wonderful time France. I look forward to your blogs! The kind of remind me of my first tour of duty in Germany. I was only seventeen when I got there! But, I learned the language, traveled the country, and even visited the Netherlands and Scotland. I'll savor the memories for the rest of my life. You will too. I look forward to the time when you will encourage me to re-discover the French language. Maybe we can do that when you, Aubree and I are playing golf.

It was soooo good to hear from you earlier this week and actually get to talk to you today!! It sounds like you are having an amazing time (I knew you would!!) and really enjoying your time there so far! I love hearing about what you are doing there but it is still so unbelievable to me that you are worlds away haha.
