Mmmmmmmmm what did we do on Thursday? I was in hospital again until mid afternoon. Think we then went to the supermarket and loaded up with crates of carib. Did some "Liming"!

Went to Movie Town for dinner in Ruby Tuesdays, followed by the cinema. Watched X-men in very comfy seats that recline! Needed to squash 6 of us into Taylors taxi - that was 2 lads in the front and 4 of us in the back. Tight. Seems it leeks toxic fumes into the back seat so we all acquired a level of carbon monoxide poisoning and I virtually went into bronchial spasm at one point. Still alive though. Just.

Although this is entitled studying., very little is actually taking place. In fact I am the only one of us who has started the medical part of the elective! My day was spent doing ward rounds and in A&E. Sarah had a lazy day on campus. I say day, but I was done by early afternoon and then the 6 of us went to watch the Trinidad game in a local bar. Dressed in our black and red and the boys in their newly purchased "Soca Warrior" shirst we joined in the spirit...

Monday was brilliant. A local lady took us through the rainforest on a trek to the Three Pools. It turned into quite an adventure. we had to wade, climb, slip and swim our way through fully clothed. Sarah surprised us all with her sense of adventure. We took some fantastic photos and saw a huge spider much to Willsons distress.

Sunday ended up as another beach day combined with sleeping and reading. Horace had said he would organised a fishing boat to take us to Pariah bay where there is a waterfall, but unfortunately the boat got back too late for us to go. It was nice just "Liming" though.
