The photos of the Promenade des Anglais bought back memories of the 2007 trip I did with Margaret. The pebble beach is very different. Your grandmother was bought up in and around this area 80+ years ago and there are photos of her playing aged 3 and walking with her mother along the Promenade before she was sent to boarding school in Paris aged 5!!! Loved the photos of the Casino & the oh so luxurious yachts in the Marinas. The untold wealth of this area/people is mindblowing! The coastline is truly spectacular and the 'driver reviver' stops couldn't be at better locations. Where to next??

OMG!!! I can't believe you went to Versailles- the place where the treaty was signed to end WW1 and where the French Revolution took place. It must have been so beautiful.
Hope you are safe and well.
Love you xoxo

Latest batch of photos are fabulous. Dachau looks soooo peaceful it is hard to imagine the atrocities that occured there. Was surprised to see that you Tim actually ate snails - must have been the garlic & butter that helped them go down. Again - slippery little suckers!!!! AFL now advise that Sam Mitchell would have been eligible for Brownlow as he wasn't actually suspended - easy to say after the count. Still he did us proud. Loved the size of the pretzel - a meal in itself and good for soaking up the stein contents. Had lunch with Alan & Ann & girls + Charlie last Sunday which was lovely. Suzanne & Stephen were there so talked about Canada & Alaska. ook forward to next blog & piccies. Love to you both
Bud & Jono

Bud - So totally envious... wish Jono and I were having all those amazing adventures around the word, can't wait to go one day.... Also, Sammy Mitchell came runner up in the brownlow last night (even though he is ineligible) Top job Sammy!!! Lots of love from all of us
