Had the most amazing 7 course meal at the Fish Restaurant. It was the taster menu and whilst it was quite expensive at £50 per person it was definitely worth it. It started with battered squid with a chilli and lime sauce, followed by Lava bread with apricots, cherries, raisins served in a hemp bag with whipped butter. Next up was Langoustine tail with a cauliflower puree, fish with horseradish and red berries, Mussels in a Lobster bisque served on a bed of seaweed with steaming seaweed tea, Salmon sushi, Cod served with mashed potato and a cranberry glaze, grilled salmon with courgettes and radish, Lamb with an artichoke puree served with mushrooms and beetroot. Finally for dessert there was a tasting platter of coconut sorbet, raspberry sorbet, raspberry mousse, white chocolate and honeycomb mousse, melt in the middle chocolate pudding and a selection of fresh fruits.
