Urban Junglebook; Kaa is a ninja, Bageera an elderly transvestite, Baloo an old boxer/coach, Sher Khan a mob boss, and Mowgli a late teens/early twenties man. This was a billboard near our hotel, I thought the concept for the play looked intriguing.
