Hi Guys,

I'm now back from Fraser Island, I had such a wicked time!! The place is just amazing and i was travelling with such a great bunch of ppl! Basically you get given a 4*4 a load of food, tents, sleeping bags and away you go! As it is a Sand Island there were a few hairy moments when driving on the sand, when it looked like we were going to tip, but we got through them, and we only had to get out a couple of times and push!! Well by we, i mean i was shouting encouragement to the lads as the were pushing, which obviously is a very important part of the process!!

I am glad to be back on land again tho, there was sand everywhere, and by everywhere i mean 'EVERYWHERE' taken 2 showers and still finding sand in my ears and stuff!! Unfortunately my camera also decided to pack up and die while i was out there as well.... i dont think it liked the sand very much! (sorry A. Sharon!) So there are not really that many pictures that i could upload, so i've put on what i could and i'm just waiting for the others to upload them onto facebook so that i can steal them!

Had such a random night last night! We all decided that after our few days in the wilderness that we all deserved fish and chips, so off we all trundled to the chip shop and the bottle shop for some beers and headed off to the beach.... yes i know you would of thought that we had had enough of all the sand! Anyways we had just finished our chips when along some random guy with didgeridoo who sat down to play... he was amazing, he was able to play it and a guitar at the same time!! Anyways after that we all headed on the beach to watch him fire twirl!! I even had a go my self.... well i posed for a picture and spun it round just a little bit!! It was such a good night, it just goes to show the unplanned things end up being the best!!

Off to a place called 'Noosa' later on, going to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo from there which should be good!
