Arrived at the Toronto airport and waited for Sam and the rest of the group. Their flight out of Pittsburg was delayed, so they were late getting in. 8.5 hour flight to Rome. Very cold on the plane, but an uneventful flight. I could not sleep at all, and ended up watching two of my movies. Overnight flight, as we are landing in Rome around 0830am, catching a chartered bus to the port to get on the cruise ship. Boarding around noon.

Up early and on the road; first stop Gooseberry Falls - I love these waterfalls because there are several "layers" you can walk down to. Another slow start to the day, but we are heading back home today. Packed up all the goodies at Sharon and Bill's house, and headed over to Shirley and Earl's in Blyth to pick up Joe and the dog.
