Hi Laura & Sam, thanks for the birthday and Fathers day cards and presents. Me and Mum were wondering last night whether you did the Jurassic Park ride at Universal Studies with the huge water splash at the end of the ride. You should enjoy San Fran as there is plenty to do there. Hope the Greyhound journey was OK and you feel more comfortable now that you are out on your own travelling. What is the little soft toy that is on some of your photos? Have a great time in the coming weeks and don't spend too much time straightening your hair (unless you think that you might bump into Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp). Love Dad.

Ok we have not even left yet i admit but can i just point out that in our opening journal entry that Sam (with a degree in English almost) spelt camera CAMARA! I had to go in and change it cos i knew people were bound to comment! (and i wanted to get in there first really!)
