In Franz Joseph now... been through Kaikoura, saw some sperm whales, dolphins, penguins and lots of giant sea birds, did a nice walk in Picton (long one) and before we'd stared the trail bumped into Laura (can't remeber her second name - i did art with her) from Harrogate (St Aidans)...soooo random... so i invited her and her mate over to our hostel for free apple crumble... then there's lots inbetween, but basically i've done the top of the south island and a SKYDIVE!!! 13,000ft in Abel Tasman (where we stayed on Old MacDonalds Farm).... it was incredible... free falling then floating down like a leaf over peoples houses and stuff...mental!!! then we went to Barrytown: population 40, but i managed to somehow end up with the local hillbillies on the veranda of this old pub and getting totally battered with this funny dutch guy called Freek...no joke!! you guys would have peeeeeed your pants if you had seen me... oh and i was dressed as a fairy.... so tomo we do an all day glacier walk..... should be very tiring, but good fun. Got a cool group on the bus, but will be sadly leaving them on tues to hop off at wanaka to stay with philippa for a while... woo hoo.
