The ferry leaving the dock. That's the train station directly behind, and there is a four lane road atop it. The ride to Manly is about twenty minutes at fifteen knots.

Here we are at the train station (Town Square) waiting for this train to stop so we could get aboard for two stops to catch the ferry.

Today dawned a beautiful day. Although the forecast was light showers there wasn't a speck of rain and the sun was out most of the day, but it was muggy. We decided to take the ferry to Manly Beach for the day. This photo we took on the way to the RR station. It's a waterfall and is backdrop in a restaurant.

After the tour, we took the train back to the hotel late afternoon. Still raining. Went for a swim, then around the corner to an English Pub for a great supper. Weather forecast for the rest of the week is atrocious, however we're really had great weather since we're been here and can't complain. And that's all she wrote for tonight; G'night mates.
