Today we missed breakfast - slept in. So the struggle to get a decent coffee continues. The hotel in Yeovil has no fridge. This means no fresh milk. This means not decent coffee. So we make it to the coffee shop. We ask for a flat white. They couldn't do one - wasn't on the menu. Never has a latte tasted so good.....Visited a town called Devizes. After 13 hours on the plane, queuing in the alien line to leave the airport and a three hour drive to Yeovil, made it to our hotel in time for a nap before the Aussies play Ghana. The time of the games is much more sensible here.Loved our time in Singapore. Enjoyed the history and the culture. The Asian Civilisation Museum is definately worth a visit. Loved how friendly the locals were. Will definately return. Still have to venture onto the MRT and Sentosa Island.

We have amazing views from our room. The mixture of modern and colonial Singapore is obvious whereever you look. Though I don't know what the feng shui experts and the astrologers were thinking when the approved a building with a ship on the top. We are on the 51st floor of a 71 floor building. It is a great hotel, but getting fresh milk and a decent coffee in the room has been a trial!

We caught our first Hop On Hop Off bus of the holiday. We have definitely decided they are the best way to get oriented with the cities and ensure you make it to the highlights of the place. When in Little India, the plan was to follow the recommended walking tour. But holding a map made us easy prey for every hawker in the area.
