What the $··&·/((" THIEF would see as the postcard view of the La Paz city taken from 400m up in El Alto - with imposing 6000m+ mountains guarding in the background. I took a bus up there, got lost in the bus/market with about a million people. Then caught a kombi bus on the side of the Autopista back down to the city!! Great couple of hours that was... and worth it for the photos too.
