Thankfully only a 2 hour flight into Oslo today and we were both looking forward to the sleep on the plane as we were both tired out.

Arrived in Oslo to a temperature of minus 12 and snowing, got to the hotel and had a lovely relaxing hot shower. Got all refreshed and went for the local bus back to the airport and the express train into Oslo City centre, were we called into TGI Friday's for tea. sadly we had just missed the Nordic Cross Country Skiing race finish but looked around the town at the beautiful ice sculptures and the local market.

It started to snow again quite heavily so we decided to catch the train and bus back to the hotel for an early night. It will be nice to sleep in a warm room, in our pjs with no thermal underwear, no socks and definately no hat.

Alarm set tomorrow for 04.30 am for breakfast and then our flight back to the UK.
