Day 9 (6/13/11): This morning we went for a run along the same route I did last week. Again, it was gorgeous, and we both commented on how we wish we brought our cameras. Day 7 (6/11/11): Waking up in Sorrento was absolutely beautiful! We had an amzing view of the water from our hostel, and from the restaurant upstairs, and all the greenery and flowers looked SO lush and vibrant! We had signed up through the hostel to do a boat tour and drop off at Capri for the day, so we woke up early and headed down to the docks to catch the boat. Day 6 (6/10/11): The funny thing about our apartment is that walking up the street to get to it, you think the street is so quiet! There really aren't very many people around, and it's not a main street that a lot of cars drive down (although the parking jobs up the street are hysterical! I wish I could just drive onto a sidewalk and leave my car crooked, half in the street!). As soon as we open the windows to our apt, though, it is SO noisy! Trash trucks ...

Day 5 (6/9/11): This morning we went to visit the Vatican! It's pretty cool that it is free to enter such an amazing place. Once inside, we saw: * The Holy Doors, broken every 25 years, only on a holy year * The Pieta, the only sculpture Michaelangelo signed. Day 4 (6/8/11): This morning we woke up and went for a run around our neighborhood. It was nice, and I wish I brought a camera! How fun to go for a run around the Colosseum and other monuments like it. After, we had a nice breakfast of cereal and yogurt that we had bought at the foodstore.
