Hello you,
How wierd and wonderful to hear that you are in Honk Kong where it's warm and you've been swimming whereas here its damp and mostly chilly- abit of sunshine but briefly. Every one is Christmas shopping but the sales are beginning at the same time.
Helen and Geoff, with Becky are coming to tea this afternoon. Have you had alook at Sarah's website. I think you are going to be in Australia at the same time. We'll chat about it this afternoon and find out if poss.Becky was 21 last Monday.
Hannah's James has gone to France for his week of snow boarding. He should have had his first day on the slopes today. We set off for Switzerland on Tuesday but we're driving so don't arrive until Thursday. We will have access to the internet so we'll be able to keep in touch. I'm not sure when we'll see Hannah because her days off keep changing. We'll probably arrange to meet her half way.
Take care and hope to hear again soon. Love Mum

Hi Rob
It sounds like you are having a great time - I think you will notice a huge change in temperature when you get to Oz. Kathryn is leaving Oz and going to New Zealand for Xmas. Went round to Mike and Julies on Sat and had a really good night - I guess it will be a bit strange for your Dad having 2 jet setting children over Xmas. If you are anywhere near Sydney and fancy Xmas lunch let me know we have some friends there who would be very pleased to see you!
Have a fantastic time and happy xmas when it comes
Take care
Sue x

Auntie Pam In Vancouver
Dear Robert,
Very glad to see your photos and obviously any concerns about this trip have now evaporated given all this frolicking in Beijing. Have you seen the Terra Cotta warriors - they sound very fragile. What's a chav?
Will you be very warm in Australia for Christmas and when will you be in Vancouver?
Louis
PRESTON top of the league first time after 55 YEARS!!!
Rob
Hey Everyone
Thanks for all the messages, have only just got back to the internet to check! I have loads of pics to put on but the internet here is pretty slow!
China is really cool, loads to see and the beer is quite cheap. The pics will follow soon so hopefully then I can show you all!
Carr, good to hear from you, didnt see any chavs in Moscow although I'm sure its just my untrained eye, I did however see a burberry shop!
Ok Take care every body and I'll be in touch again soon
Gail
Looks like you are having a great time. We are missing you loads!! Inspector Gadget still on board at work to replace you!! We want more pictures!!!!!
John
Hi Rob. Glad to see you made it to China and have fellow travellers for the next part of your journey. You are better off in China than watching the cricket which is a total disaster! Enjoy the rest of China and keep in touch. Best wishes, John.
