Just read your update - happy days! Now feeling very nostalgic about the Singha beer. Watch out re. the jet-lag - remember that you and I stayed up for 32 hours when we arrived in Bangkok to avoid the jet-lag, went to bed at 4.00am having drank far too much beer and then slept until 3pm the next day (having got up for breakfast obviously but then gone back to bed). So much for combatting the jet-lag - our body clocks were screwed after that!

Now then...

Be extra careful when travel long this coast, there's something in water that makes you eat pies at every given opportunity, if you don't believe me ask barrett, we didn't need to go whale watching, a mirror sufficed!

I would recommend some places but i was drunk most days and my memory is hazy at best... on a particularly bad hangover we did jump off a rather tall bridge near plett? it was near the shark diving place

Sounds like your having a wicked time, your missing the hottest summer on record over here, we had half an hour on saturday it was amazing...

wedding plans are in full flow.... Sept 19th 09... cornwall... in a field. It will rock err in Rock.

Sounds like you are having a whale of time (or should i say shark). Very jeleous indeed! -Definately beats our stay at home holiday in tooting!

If you get a chance Kynsa & Wilderness are quite nice too - wilderness, is as it sounds is rather remote forest location, whereas knsyna is pretty little place with some nice restarants, but maybe a tad close to Plett to justify a night stopover.

Hi guys, it's been 4 weeks since we last took a look at your blog - what a fantastic adventure you are both having and you also managed to fit in a visit to see Sex in the City!! Rob has obviously settled well into married life!! John and I are just back from sunny Cyprus where we spent a relaxing week (apart from 2 mornings when we had to work); didn't see one elephant - very disappointing!!

We had Katy & Chooks up for the weekend along with the other guys from school - celebrated my 30th in style at Newcastle Races. We had a great day out but we were all suffering on the Sunday.

Glad to see you are having a good, but we are very jealous and as a consequence will not be visiting your site very often.

The weather in the UK has been fab, it's hardly rained at all and our tan's have taken on a professional 'WAG' like quality (especially Jessica's). I have been busying myself in the garden and turning into Tom from the Good Life. Return to work tomorrow which I am really looking forward to.

Kep those Elephant pictures coming, you can really tell them apart, depite the fact they all look exactly the same.
