We have been in Brisbane 2 months working. We left Brisbane about a week ago to go to Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. It was miserable and looked like concrete city on the beach, and there wasnt much to do. We moved onto Byron Bay which was really nice: lovely beaches, great hostel and lots of things to do even though its very small. WE did a day trip to Nimbin on a brightly coloured hippy bus. It was a tiny place and also very nice. We are now in Coffs Harbour. The beaches are very nice and the hostel is great. Today we have been horse riding in Bongil Bongil national park. In a day or two we are moving on, further south. We have been to nambucca where we stayed for 2 days, in a caravan. Did the normal thing , walking to the town, beaches and more walking. Next to port macquane. they had a wall they called the vee wall where every one painted there names on rocks. We went to the national parks and saw fruit bats in the day time , hanging from trees, they are big things. Moving on to newcastle ,
