Richard has missed his vocation. He should be a tour guide specialising in 'on roure' exercise classes! Thank you for being tour leader in Rio :-) We can read a map really but aren't so good at leading the circuit class bit when it rains at the top of a mountain!

Hi guys, today has been lovely in the UK (I hope I haven't burnt) and the Pimms is flowing beautifully....well ok its been pissing down for three days and most of the Welsh are sitting on top of their cars, trying not to drown, which is a shame ( take that how you like). Mel ans I could do with a cheap cleaner and another Ironiong lady, so if you pack some and bring them back, it would be greatly appreciated. Have a great time, speak soon.

As I look out the window and see the very end of the world unfold beneath a sea of rain, more rain and a little dollop of dog s***e in north west London, I sit back, continue with my dissertation and think about you sitting in that big metal bird in the sky, wriggling about, hoping to god the fat sweaty bird next you falls alseep.
