So not much to say still on the gym thing, ive started to weigh my self on them electronic bmi, body fat scale thingy mi jiggy's so I make sure I am actually losing weight so if I dont lose any weight then I can give my self a good ole scolding and its working!

Charlotte would be proud of you - speaking of which- she ended up unconscious andin hospital overnight, after Dhillon, her horse, threw her off recently! The videos are great althogh is it just my spasmod compute or does everyone else's have the same problem that the video keeps stopping - I think it's when you're talking! Which is a real shame as I got a few seconds of your voice Janine and I was nearly cryyyyyying!! I love the "Survivor" video- whats the story behind it? Well, i'm glad that Janine is still not taking any s*** - don't mek dem fool yuh mi dear! But keep safe please! Corn Island seems like just the place I need to be right now - complete relaxation, with good food and sun, sea and sand! I'm as excited as you are to get the low-down on the Bay Islands - is that in Belize? I am off now for the Easter holidays - not back till next Wednesday - yeyyy! No big plans, going to the Hi-Fi comedy club on Saturday with Lloyd, Lesley, STeph, Gladston, Mel, Raymond and about 10 of Lloyd and Lesley's friends! SHould be a good laugh - it's Steph's birthday on Monday as well! Will be lovely to see Genie-Jo as haven't seen her since Xmas! Work is good - had a night out in Leeds last Friday - mucho fun!! I stuck to Vodka so although I think I drank myself sober I was okay the next day!! Jagged Edge are at Club Society on Sunday-haven't decided if i'm going yet! Would love to,but it depends how much it costs! Well, I guess you'll be wanting an update on the tv!! Truth is I haven't really been watching too much tv lately - but here goes..... David Platt, or Lucifer as he is more commonly known, pushed Gayle down the steps because she talked his girlfriend into having an abortion! She was in a coma but she's woken up but has lost her memory for now, so the police think it was Jason that did it becuase he was having an argument with Gayle cos he thought it was Sarah that was having an abortion of his child in Italy! Very confusing I'm sure!! Anyway, i'm sure at some point she'll get her memory back and that'll be the end of the road for Dirty David!!! In Eastenders, remeber wah mi seh bout Tanya?? So said, so done! SHe's only asked Sean to help her kill Max becuase her plan to get him to sign everything over to her and she would take him back, back-fired spectacularly!! I think they're planning it for this Friday, they only needed two days to plan it - you know howyou do, just decide to kill soeone and then say "Are you free on Friday to do a bit of killing mate??" Oh - and Lucy Beale is turning into Cindy mark 2, and had a house party which she announced on the internet, so of course the house got trashed and Ian give her a lick and now she gaaan!!! Cue lots of "I should never have hit her" and guilt from Ian - lord jesus, these peple so fool! What she needs is more licks in her backside! On American Idol, one of my favourites was voted off last week - Robert Hernandez so I'm not impressed! It should have been this Dolly PArton wannabe who can't hit a note and has no rythm whatsoever, but becuase she's a blond All-American Girl she'll probably win it outright!! On AMerica's Next Top Model, I've got to say there's no-one that particulraly lights my fire this year but nevertheless I am still hooked and want Lisa to win! Lisa won the task last week and got to star in a Enriquez Iglasieus video - lucky cow! A new series of Greys Anatomy starts this Thursday so I'm dead excited! Also a new series of "Benidorm" starts soon - I can't wait - chavtastic!! Oh and Heather Mills , ex-McCartney, has shown herself up even more after cursing cos she only got 24.3 million PLUS 35,000 per year for Beatrice - can you believe it??? Not much to report from this end- same old same! Oh I lie, we had an earthquake the other week. Yes its true,I had just gone to bed and was dropping off when the room started shaking.It was only for a few seconds but it was quite scary.It caused a lot of structural damage in Lincs and someone in Barnsley was killed when their roof fell in and crushed them.

Barnsley carry on their Giant killing by beating Chelsea in quarters of FA Cup! They now face Cardiff in semis so should be a doddle. The other semi is WBA v Portsmouth as Pompey trounced Scum, haha! So there wil be a Championship team in the final.

We beat Inter 1- 0 in the 2nd leg at San Siro (Torres again!) so 3-0 overall,can you believe it? Arsenal,Chelsea & Scum went through as well so we could have been drawn against any of them in the quarters last Friday & sure enough we got the Arsenal! Could go either way I suppose,depends which teams turn up on the day.Anyhow we can't meet Scum till the final as were in different half of draw,dream final eh

Anyway will have to love you & leave you as F1 Grand Prix is on- come on Lewis!

We are gonna stay with Conrads dad in Kingston then go Ocho for a week...woop woop Iam gonna have to learn my patwa to keep up with the Williams family..wa...imagine me with my luttle bromley accent! Hi Rama & Janine, sorry its been a while getting in touch with you but we have been really busy. Brian has moved into the bungalow and there's been decorating painting and cleaning on top of every thing else involved with moving. It's not been easy , Lloyd came across on three days to give Brian a hand with moving some of the heavy things. Edith came on sunday to immultion the ceiling which was a big help. At least he can live in it now but he as a traped nerve in his back. You'll probably have heard about the terrible weather we've been having, high winds and very heavy rain, then it can be just the opposist the next couple of days.How are things with you? is it a nice place you've moved on to,and what's the weather like?.Time to see more of your picture's. We are going away to Blackpool on Sunday for a week, hope the weather is kind to us. Hey honies! Just been looking at your new photos from Argentina - they are amazing! I am so glad you are having such an amazing experience! I thought you said your tan was fading - you look gorg!!! The waterfalls look amazing - love the one coming down from the middle of the trees - breathtaking! So, have you found a route out of there to Central America yet?? Loks like you'll be on a bus for a week then dun it!! Even that will be amazing - take it easy and just enjoy! Anyway, nothing new or exciting to tell you I'm afraid - work is good but extremely busy - feel like I'm back at Swiss Life!! But I will be glad for my bonus so I'm not complaining! Looking forward to Easter as it is so early this year - mid-March! Anyway, back to the serious stuff - first of all - AMerican Idol - we are now into week 2 of the live shows - so far the public have nade the right choices and the rubbish ones have been eliminated. Favourite so far is a guy called Robert Hernandez - gorgeous brown eyes and a voice like Elliott!! I don't think the girls have too many stars in there - but theres one that reminds me of Shermadene - and she has a voice like Mary J Blige - she's such a little thing but with a huge voice and she's really bubbly and lots of attitude - cue lots of neck rolling when she talks and sings! Anyway, it's the girls tonight and then the results afterwards, so I'll let you know what happens in my next instalment! America's Next Top Model is great this season - but there are no clear front runners at the moment. I must admit that I have not really been watching Eastenders & Corrie, but briefly - Selfish Violet had the baby on the seats in the Rovers with Steve, Liz & Vernon just stood staring!! Now she inteneds to run off down south with Jamie & the baby cos she can't stand Sean's interfering - what a selfish cow - she wouldn't even have the baby if it wasn't for him! Laim's still secretly in love with his sister in law but has married that stupid, stupid girl MAria and theya re expecting a baby as well! There'll be tears I tell ya! On Eastenders, Ian is going to be caught with his trousers round his ankles again - he's been doing a lot of blushind and spluttering as a new entrant to the square Claire (remember - NIgel's daughter?) who is Claire from Hollyoaks - and she is just as conivving in Eastenders. Apparently she has a list of people shed is trying to destroy and Ian is on it. Cue lots of flashes of cleavage and short skirts - Ian with a creeping rash up his neck, all too willing to get his kit off! You can guess what will happen next....Max & Tanya are splitting up, but Max, not happy with cheating on her with his son's fiance, is now trying to make out Tanya is a lush and turning the children against her so they went to live with him! Tanya is going out of her mind-but is planning a counter-attack by pretending she is being friendly with him and may even get back with him, but she has a cunning plan and I reckon she'll quietly slit his throat and then bury him under the Vic or something (that's what I'd do anyway!). Well, I think that's it for now - oh - apparently Cheryl and Ashley's marriage is all but over - how will we all cope???? J-Lo has had twins - a boy and a girl! ANyway, keep me informed of your progress to Cedntral America, and take care of yourselves whilst you're travelling! Oh, finally, we've decied to ahve a family holiday to J.A. to see family. Looking at the endof of OCtober or Xmas /New Yer time. WOuld be great if you guys could come as well! I love you sooooooooooo much and am missing you loads, but so glad you're having a ball! Well nowt much going on with me and Cleon and K just plodding along. Its our anniversary on the 3rd (can u believe it?) we staying in a hotel and going on a cruise (on the themes) and then going up in the london eye (Cleon has always wanted to do it!) then going for a meal with Kamari after cause by then it will be mothers day!

Kamari is doing really well on the potty, not so well with pulling pants down, so ive taken to let him run around the house with no bottoms on and he has no problems then. I no people will tell me I should make him wear pants and pull them down but hey im the one thats cleaning up so there lol!

Im just babbling on cause there aint much else to say!!!

Sun 24 Feb. Steph came up to Huddersfield Fri evening to see Avril.We all went out for lunch at the Aspley Marina,av,edi,rye bernice and ben,enjoyed it.Last night Brian and i went to Peter's 80th birthday party,it was held at the Outlane Golf club.We really enjoyed it,dancing,singing,having a drink and good companianship had a good laugh.Called at Avril's on way back home,Mel,Ray and Bernice were there.I watched Steph's disk with the wedding photos on,you won't have seen them yet i don't suppose,everyone looks lovley on them,you have something to look forward too.What shall i do with these sacks of mail thats arrived for you both they came last week?.Where are you now and when are you planning to move on?.
