This is a meal that I had here in Santa Marta. It, and the two Margaritas I ordered with it was friggin awesome. This was a filet mignon, brothers! It was probably half the the cow's tenderloin! Look at it. It sits atop an awesome flavorful salad, just spectacular!! To top it off, literally, a chimichurri sauce us laid upon the glorious piece of meat. The best meal I've had in South America. And cost only $10.00 for the steak. Drinks extra. five blocks from my current hotel.
