This is funny. This is the entrance to a semi-posh hotel near Mariscal. The do opens via electronic eye. The dog comes off and sets of the electric eye, thus opening the door, then sits patiently in the middle of the Ding-dong electric eye, making it go of constantly. He does this until someone comes out of the hotel (usually the concierege) and brings him a bite to eat. I though, "how genius", he should run for american president!!!
